But there is a kind of elegant robbers, who from the bottom of their hearts have a yearning for civilization, which sometimes suddenly appears in words and deeds, and is extremely incompatible with their "profession", which makes people feel ridiculous, even humorous, but not hateful, and sometimes a little cute. Zhang Xianzhong is extremely arbitrary in people's minds, but he suddenly blessed his soul when he passed through Zi Tong, and wrote a sacrifice to pay tribute to Emperor Wenchang, and the sacrifice text was very concise: "Our Lao Tzu's surname is Zhang, and your Lao Tzu is also surnamed Zhang. Perhaps in the eyes of the scribes, this "sacrifice text" is not "elegant" enough, but from it can be seen that Zhang Xianzhong's envy for the ink of the dance text.
The green forest high-rollers who robbed their houses probably existed before the Qin Dynasty, but there are few works that depict them positively. Han Wei Le Fu's first "East Gate Line" wrote a poor man who "has no bucket of rice storage, and still sees no clothes on the shelf" and "white hair is difficult to live in for a long time", he finally drew his sword out of the East Gate and joined the group of "Green Forest High-rollers", but unfortunately it is not written below, and can only make this suspense. This poor man was faced with no clothes, no food, no mother, and probably no leisure to be elegant. The poet Su Zhuo of the Tang Dynasty was originally a "uneven person, good at putting white crossbows, and the trumpet of Bazhong was a crossbow", and was a genuine robber with martial arts and a name. It was only later that Jin Basin washed his hands, changed his profession halfway, read books in the middle of the road, and raised a soldier, became a waiter, really elegant, but did not do the old line, although in his writing of "Changing Laws And Poems" there are still some traces of the past industry, but now it is not good to plange his old roots, take him as a model of style and elegance bandits.
The one who really counts as a windy robber is about the "high-roller" in "Well Bar Sand Meets Night Guest". It was a very dramatic scene. At that time, the famous poet Li Wading traveled to Anhuikou (present-day Anqing, Anhui), where he was robbed in the middle of the night. As the saying goes: "Xiu Cai met a soldier, and the reason is not clear." "Soldiers" are still like this, let alone "bandits"? However, by accident, all the dangers suddenly turned into a pleasant encounter. The night guest who blocked the road and "plagiarized" was not the green-faced fangs and incomprehensible, but the elegant and polite manners. But not the "little poor" mannerism, but the heartfelt respect for poetry and poets, which seems to be not very commensurate with their profession, but reflects the popularity of Tang Dynasty poetry and its deep roots. Bai Juyi said that his poems were circulated in the mouths of "peddlers and pawns", which seems to be no nonsense. It also shows that even those who are desperate to take risks outside the norms of society are not "another race", and their thoughts, habits, and hobbies are also impregnated by society and influenced by the customs of the times. For these Li Shi is certain. Therefore, the night of robbery is not as terrifying as "the night of murder in the dark of the moon, the day of the wind and the fire". Instead, the breeze was fine, the twilight rain was gentle, full of tranquility and poetry, and the poet happily agreed to his request and wrote poems for their group of "green forest high-rollers". Li Shi may have written many poems for his superiors and magnates, for his colleagues of the same year, for his relatives and friends. But it was the first time for such a person, so there was an irrepressible joy. "He does not use his name and surname" is ostensibly a distress of not being able to escape his name, but in fact implies a sense of pride in being known as a "green forest high-roller", and "the world is now half a king" is a witty way to reveal the increasing number of people who are desperate to take risks due to social turmoil, thus breeding a feeling that it is difficult to socialize thoughtfully.
The robbed green forest high-rollers did not write poems, nor did they have eulogies, but judging from their words and deeds, they really deserved the word "elegance", and they were ten times more elegant than the laymen in the elegance.
