Sky: Napoli contact Tagliafico, the player's contract with Ajax expires next summer

According to Sky Sports Italy, Napoli are interested in introducing Ajax's Tagliafico to strengthen the defensive strength.

Napoli are looking to reinforce the backline, with Ajax's Tagliafico being their target. Tagliafico's contract with Napoli expires next summer, and the player has previously made it clear that he is willing to play in Serie A.

Napoli have previously tried to sign Taglafico and they have expressed a strong interest in Tagliafico and have been in touch with the player's agent as well as Ajax club. But it won't be easy to close the deal, and Napoli are expected to know more about whether they can sign Tagliafico by mid-week.
