Dave McMenamin said that while the Lakers' claim was that Davis would be re-evaluated early next week, he was told davis was now training with the team, has improved in terms of movement and is recovering well from an injury to his left knee. Sources revealed that Davis will return to the team as soon as possible, and is expected to make a comeback as soon as the Lakers' six-game streak at the end of the month.
The Lakers will play magic on the 22nd, Heat on the 24th, Nets on the 26th, 76ers on the 28th, Hornets on the 29th, and Hawks on the 31st.
