The most important change in the "Measures for the Administration of Scoring points for road traffic safety violations" is that speeding is less than 20% without deduction, that is to say, highways with a speed limit of 120 km / h can be driven to 143 km / h, urban expressways with a speed limit of 80 km / h can be driven to 95 km / h, and ordinary roads with a speed limit of 60 km / h can be driven to 71 km / h. There is also a maximum deduction of 6 points in a scoring cycle, which is equivalent to 18 points.
