On January 12, Qin Fucai, secretary of the party group and executive vice chairman of the Tianshui Federation of Trade Unions, led the assessment team to Zhangjiachuan County to assess the completion of the key work of the trade union in 2021. Zhang Yuming, deputy secretary of the Zhangjiachuan County CPC Committee, was assessed together.
The assessment team went to Zhangjiachuan Yuqiang New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Huchuan Town Government, Tianshui Xihuang Ejiao Co., Ltd., Luyuan Chinese Medicine Tablets Co., Ltd., Zhangjiachuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other places to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the trade union work in Zhangjiachuan County in 2021 through on-site inspection, listening to reports, and consulting materials.
The assessment team fully affirmed the work of the trade union in Zhangjiachuan County, believing that the work measures of the trade union of Zhangjiachuan County in 2021 were diverse and effective, and the objectives and responsibilities of the whole year were well completed, and the functions and roles of the trade union in organizing employees, guiding employees, serving employees, and safeguarding the rights and interests of employees were effectively played.
The assessment team hopes that in the future work, on the basis of doing a good job in normalizing the work as always, the Zhangjiachuan County Federation of Trade Unions will further strengthen organizational leadership, strengthen work measures, straighten out organizational relations, increase financial investment, pay more attention to the construction and operation of trade unions in new employment forms, ensure that the broader absorption and service of the majority of workers, highlight the effectiveness of trade union work, strengthen confidence, maintain concentration, take the initiative, work hard, and continuously improve the level of trade union work in Zhangjiachuan County.
