The loyal, clean and responsible contingent of high-quality cadres is a key part of the rapid development of efficient governance under the current complex situation. As leading cadres of the party in the new period, they should all the more muster up their momentum, strengthen their skills, repair the lifelong tasks of party members and cadres, boldly rush forward, work pragmatically forward, cautiously move forward, and paint a new picture of the comprehensive development of efficient governance in the new era.

"If a nation wants to walk in the forefront of the times, it cannot for a moment be without theoretical thinking and for a moment without correct ideological guidance." Marxism is like a beacon like a weapon, guiding communists to work hard and unswervingly, not to be confused in the face of crossroads, and not to retreat in the face of difficulties and setbacks. Leading cadres at all levels shoulder the party's new expectations in the new period, and they should all the more repair lifelong courses in ideology and theory, study in depth and fully understand the sinicization of Marxism in the course of a hundred years of struggle, and not stick to the rules, let alone become ideologically rigid. The depth and breadth of Marxist theory are internalized in the heart and externalized in practice, gathering practical wisdom, refining ideological sparks, forming work thinking, improving strategic planning, constantly improving their political judgment, political understanding and political execution, and seeking future development together with one heart and one mind.

"The Communist Party fights and guards the country, keeps the hearts of the people, and aims to let the people live a good life." Therefore, the fundamental question of who governs, who uses power, and for whom to seek profits is a lifelong topic that every party member and cadre needs to study and study. He needs everyone not to be lost in the face of temptation, not to be biased in the face of the intersection, to be particularly clear-headed, and to take a particularly firm stand. This requires party members and cadres at all levels to keep their original intentions and undertake their missions when using power, take the people's interests as the core, sink the grass-roots frontline, explore the difficulties of the masses, collect opinions on needs, make a list of problems, use power to sincerely solve the worries and worries of the masses, use power in every possible way to solve the masses' urgent difficulties and worries, adhere to the people's stand, temper the style of hard work, and let every use of power become the navigation of the masses' happiness.
