In order to strengthen the construction of the food sampling team of the market supervision system, comprehensively improve the ability and professional level of food sampling personnel to perform their duties, and ensure the quality of food safety sampling and inspection work, the first national market supervision system food safety sampling and monitoring skills competition held by the State Administration for Market Supervision officially started on January 12.
The contest was hosted by the Food Sampling Department of the General Administration, hosted by the China Industry and Commerce Publishing House, and co-organized by the provincial market supervision departments. This year's event includes two stages: preliminary round and final, of which the preliminary round is an online answer, and the online answer time is from 9:00 on January 12 to 17:00 on January 19.
Participants can log in to the answering platform to participate in the online answering questions, each person should answer the questions three times, and take the total score of the three answers as their final score. The live finals are scheduled to be held in March 2022.
