Accompanied by the municipal, county, and township agricultural promotion departments, the provincial station and the party first came to Nanmudu Town, which went to the winter and this spring to use the winter rapeseed project to purchase rapeseed seeds in a unified manner, and carried out centralized seedlings in Xinfeng, Hongxing, and other villages, and distributed rapeseed seedlings to farmers free of charge. Subsequently, he also came to the rice-oil rotation project area in the Diwoba District of Matou Village, Hefeng Township, to understand the area, varieties, planting modes, disease and pest control, experiment development, project implementation, rapeseed processing, rapeseed brand, etc., and inspected the landscape pattern of rapeseed on the spot. The provincial station fully affirmed the development of oilseed rape planting in Guiyang, especially praised the results achieved in the construction of rapeseed landscape, and pointed out that Guiyang should further strengthen the scientific planting level of rapeseed, improve the output of rapeseed, and make sufficient support and guarantee for the development of the rapeseed industry.
In order to grasp the planting of rapeseed in 2022, Guiyang City issued the "Notice of Guiyang Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau on Printing and Distributing" in October 2021, and in January 2022, it issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Grain and Oil Production in Guiyang City in 2022" and other documents, mainly a "early" word, tightening the responsibilities at all levels, refining the target of subdividing rapeseed planting, actively mobilizing farmers to carry out rapeseed planting, strengthening oilseed rape field management, and completing the rapeseed planting area in the city exceeding 400,000 mu.
