Ginger can excite sympathetic nerves, promote blood circulation, warm stomach and anti-vomiting, have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, bactericidal effects; can strengthen the heart, diuresis, detoxification, help digestion; can kill vaginal trichomoniasis, inhibit cancer cell activity, reduce the toxic effect of cancer; ginger has a good anti-motion sickness effect, can last for more than 4 hours, and there will be no side effects such as drowsiness; washing the face with warm ginger water can reduce facial acne.

Other Dietary Remedies:
