Lee Eun-joo (22 December 1980 – 22 February 2005) was born in Gunsan, North Jeolla Province, South Korea, graduated from the Department of Drama and Film Studies at Dankook University and is a Korean actress.

On February 22, 2005, Lee Eun-joo hanged himself due to severe depression.

In 2000, Lee Eun-joo made her first actress role, starring in the black-and-white film "Ah, So-jeong", which won the 38th Korea Daejong Best New Actress Award. In the same year, the film Blood Beach and KBS TV series "Looking Back with an Angry Face" were filmed.

In 2001, Lee Eun-joo co-starred with Lee Byung-hyun in the romance film "Love Bungee Jumping". In the same year, he participated in the SBS TV series "My Beautiful Dream".

In 2002, Lee Eun-joo starred with Cha Tae-hyun, Sun Yizhen and Wen Genying in the romance film "Love to the Left, Love to the Right" directed by Li Han, and the heroine's personality has changed considerably, from the cheerful and lively at the beginning to the quiet and introverted later.
