Italy media: Four La Liga teams are interested in Castilejo, genoa has withdrawn from the competition

According to Italian football reports, Celta, Getafe, Espanyol and Mallorca are all interested in Milan winger Castilejo.

Spanish winger Castilejo, who is about to turn 27, played for Malaga and Villarreal before moving to Milan in 2018 and at one point became a key player for the team. However, this season Castilejo has not been reused by Milan boss Pioli, and the order of appearance is behind Salmakles and Messias.

Football Market pointed out that at present, Celta, Getafe, Espanyol and Mallorca are all ready to make offers for Castilejo, and these La Liga teams need to strengthen the winger position. Castilejo's contract with Milan expires in 2023 with an annual salary of around €2.5 million after tax. The high salary is a heavy burden for these La Liga clubs, which can become the biggest obstacle to the transfer of players.

Genoa was also interested in Castilejo before, but now Genoa has withdrawn from the competition, because Genoa manager Shevchenko, who is optimistic about Castilejo, is about to leave school, and Genoa needs to wait until the new manager takes office before determining the winter reinforcement target.
