Apple Fitness+: Can virtually run locations

If you want to run but aren't interested in running in your own city, you might like Time to Run, a new addition to Fitness Plus that guides you through your workouts through an audio experience. In addition to the tips provided by the coach who travels through a new city each week, Time to Run includes music that matches each scene and photos taken by the coach along the route.

The new plan will launch three cities on Monday: London, Brooklyn and Miami Beach, but will be available weekly through Fitness Plus, apple streaming workout service paired with the Apple Watch.

Apple Fitness+: Can virtually run locations

Time to Run is one of the new additions to Fitness Plus, which launched Monday. Apple has also added more musicians to the tracks of Artist Spotlight, which combines exercise with music from pop artists or bands. Time to Walk also launched a third season of podcast-like audio sessions designed to get people to walk alongside new episodes by celebrities, activists, and other world influencers.

Collections, a set of specific exercises or meditations designed to help people reach specific goals, will also appear on streaming services. When released, the series will include 30-day core challenges, Pilates improved posture, perfect yoga balance pose, running the first 5K, strengthening the back, stretching the hips and relaxing for better bedtime.

New features in Fitness Plus will be available on Monday. Subscriptions to the service cost $10 per month or $80 per year and require an Apple Watch.
