Therefore, Kang Miaoyun combined and innovated the characteristics of Heyang noodle flower and Weinan face flower, and also added his own knowledge and understanding, forming a unique style.
"First of all, the noodles must be just right, soft or hard." She said that in the eyes of outsiders, the method of pinching the dough flower is very important, in fact, it is not, more importantly, the state of mind, must be calm, do not be impatient, so as to pinch out the best works.
As she spoke, a fist-sized dough swirled around in her hand, quickly taking on the form of a Crouching Tiger. This was followed by a tiger's head and tail, and in just a few tens of minutes, a mighty and cute "tiger" was ready.
"These are relatively simple, like the kind of flower tiger used for marriage, there are hundreds of various face flower parts for a pair of tigers, and it takes 4 days to do it well after steaming."
