4. The texture of the glass is relatively hard, and the color is relatively light, so when depicting the goblet, I used the same lighter color and harder texture of the 2H pencil, starting from the position of the chiaros-dark junction to draw a sense of volume.
5. After drawing the first layer of background color, the glass should have issued a black-white-gray relationship, followed by adding details piece by piece.
I chose to start with the heaviest center of the color, because the heavy color was determined, and the colors of other places could be compared to it.
In order to better express the permeability of the glass, in addition to leaving some reflections on both sides, some heavy color blocks in the middle should also be boldly heavy.
6. The thickness of the glass is very important in the process of depicting the glass, in addition to the cup mouth can leave a white edge, the two sides of the cup body should also be treated the same.
7. The base of the goblet is in a circle of natural light, in addition to retaining enough highlights when depicting this part, it is also necessary to pay attention to the control of heavy color. Sharpen the pencil a bit to make it easier to control.
