Xi'an, January 9 news (reporter Zhou Tong) reporter learned from the press conference on the prevention and control of the epidemic in Xi'an City today (9th) afternoon that from January 9, 2022, ganting street in Enyi District, Xi'an City, Huayuan Sea Blue City Community, Greenland International Eco-city Community, Chanba 2nd Road Community and Tianjiawan Community will be adjusted from medium-risk areas to low-risk areas.

Up to now, there are 3 high-risk areas and 50 medium-risk areas in Xi'an, and other areas in the city are low-risk areas.

According to Lu Yongpeng, deputy director of the Xi'an Municipal Health Commission, from 0:00 on December 9, 2021 to 24:00 on January 8, 2022, the city has reported a total of 1,989 locally confirmed cases. As of 24:00 on January 8, a total of 262 people had been cured, and all of them were transferred to Xi'an Qinhuang Hospital for health monitoring, isolation and rehabilitation.

There are 1727 confirmed cases in Xi'an City, Xi'an Chest Hospital, Xi'an Fourth Hospital Aerospace Branch, Chang'an District Hospital isolation treatment, the patients are generally mild and ordinary, of which 22 cases of severe and 1 case of critical illness.
