At the scene of the event, more than 20 community residents sat around several large round tables with laughter, rubbing rice balls under the guidance of the master, squeezing mugwort juice, pinching rice peels, wrapping fillings, washing steamers, wrapping tea fruits... Everyone divides labor and cooperates, orderly, and after a while, hundreds of round and beautiful mugwort fruits and radish dumplings will be ready, everyone will put them into the steamer basket, carry them to the steaming pot to steam, everyone will steam while doing it, nagging at home, and enjoying it. After a few tens of minutes, the mugwort fruit and radish were steamed, and everyone happily tasted the tea fruit they made by themselves.
It is understood that Shijing Street is a place where Hakka people live, Hakka culture is rich, there are Hakka rice dumplings and tea fruit customs during the New Year's Festival, and there are many masters of making Hakka cuisine in the jurisdiction.
