The Lakers' 134-118 home win over the Hawks saw LeBron James make four steals and a career total of 2,113 steals, surpassing Alvin Robertson and rising to 10th on the all-time steals list.
According to data expert Justin Kubatko, James is thus the only player in history to rank in the top ten in terms of career totals (3rd), total assists (8th) and total steals (10th).
No other player in NBA history has been able to make the all-time top 30 in all three career statistics at the same time.
The 30-year-old man was great enough. His career continues, with James still averaging more than 30 points per game in the last few games. Thomas has said many times that James is the first person in history. He even gave James a new orientation: the greatest all-rounder of all time.
If James can continue to break many dusty records and win his fifth crown, he could change the way some fans, even the greatest player of all time, thinks about it.
