Why are my eyes often tired?

We now often read books, look at mobile phones, watch TV, but do you feel that your nose and ears are tired? 90% of people will say, "My eyes are tired and I need to close my eyes for a while." "About 90 percent of the information in the outside world is obtained through the eyes.

The eye is an organ with a very strong metabolism, and the blood circulation (the transport and circulation of blood) is very rich. For example, when you feel that your eyes are very tired, you often find that your eyes are red when you look in the mirror, but in fact, your eyes are congested, and you can see the abundant blood vessels when you look closely. Blood circulation from front to back of the eye is particularly abundant, including the retina under the fundus. The excessive use of the eyes will of course cause eye discomfort, and even cause symptoms such as dizziness and nausea.

How does diabetes affect the eyes?

Diabetes is a metabolic disease that affects the whole body and affects the blood vessels of the whole body. Where the blood vessels are abundant, the more severe the impact. On the contrary, places that are not abundant will have a light impact.

The eye naturally bears the brunt of it, and in addition to the obvious distribution of arteries and veins on the surface of the retina, there are dense capillaries, indicating that metabolism is very rich. The surface of the blood vessel is the nerve tissue, which is the neural retina. If there is repeated bleeding, the blood enters the vitreous body and cannot be absorbed, and the surface of the retina will grow a membrane. This particularly thin layer of nerve tissue will be pulled, and after the pulling, there will be blurred deformation of things.

If the entire retina is pulled up and a retinal detachment occurs, it is the retinopathy that reaches the heaviest stage of six stages and surgery is needed to improve the situation.
