Among them, raw simmered squid, dried sautéed eel, white seal meat and gourd chicken were created in the county and are still the first choice for entertaining VIP dishes.
(1) Raw simmered squid shreds
Raw simmered squid is one of the traditional and valuable dishes of Matildae Pavilion. You are simmering in order to maintain a fresh taste, although it is made everywhere today, only Zhang Zhongyi, a disciple of Zhang Rong of Mingde Pavilion, made the best.
