Ingredients: eggs, tortillas, bell peppers, vegetables (choose according to your taste), milk, salt, pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, arrange a round baking dish in a baking dish and brush the baking pan with a layer of vegetable oil. Cut the tortilla into a suitably sized round and place in a baking pan.
2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add milk, chopped vegetables, bell pepper, salt, pepper and mix well. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
3. Bake the baking tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, remove and serve.
