According to Jiwei Network, on January 7, Jiangsu Feiwotai Nano Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Feiwotai") replied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange's inquiry questions about "combining the average sales price, quantity, etc., analyzing the reasons why the operating income of the double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nanofilm in different application scenarios has increased first and then decreased".

Fivotai disclosed the sales volume and average unit price of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano-films in different application scenarios during the reporting period, and said that the company's double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano-films are mainly used in motherboards and circuit boards and components to improve the performance of core components such as liquid soaking, thereby improving the comprehensive protection capabilities of terminal products such as mobile phones and computers. It makes a specific analysis of the revenue changes under various application scenarios during the reporting period.

(1) Fivotai said that in terms of motherboards and circuit boards, in 2019, the sales revenue of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nanofilms applied to motherboards and circuit boards has increased, mainly due to the increase in the number of product sales. Affected by changes in product structure, the average unit price of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano-films decreased slightly, but due to the increase in shipments of terminal products such as Huawei mobile phones, the number of customer purchases of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano-films has increased, so the sales revenue of the above products has increased.

In 2020, the sales revenue of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano films applied to motherboards and circuit boards has declined, mainly due to the decline in sales of some models of Huawei, Vivo and other companies, and the unit price of products is relatively stable, so sales revenue has declined.

From January to September 2021, the sales revenue of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano-films applied to motherboards and circuit boards increased mainly due to the increase in sales volume compared with the same period last year, although the number of purchases from Huawei, Vivo and other companies continued to decrease, but with the continuous expansion of the application field of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nanofilms, the overall sales volume has increased, and the average unit price has decreased relative to 2020 due to changes in product structure. The increase in sales volume led to an increase in sales revenue of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano films.

In 2020, the sales revenue of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano films applied to components and others declined, mainly due to the reduction of production of some models of Huawei, Vivo and other companies, the number of sales of the product decreased, although the sales unit price increased slightly, but the overall sales revenue decreased compared with 2019.

From January to September 2021, the sales revenue of double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano films applied to components and others increased, mainly due to the increase in the number of purchases by customers such as Durun Optoelectronics with the growth of terminal product shipments, and the average unit price was relatively stable, so the scale of product revenue increased.

Fivotai said that in summary, the sales revenue of the double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano film applied to the motherboard and circuit boards, components and others has shown a reasonable trend of increasing in 2019 and decreasing in 2020, and the sales revenue of different application scenarios of the double-layer anti-liquid and anti-gas nano film in January-September 2021 has increased compared with the same period last year.

It is understood that the multi-layer corrosion-resistant nanofilm has the function of resistance to salt water soaking, sweat soaking and salt spray resistance, suitable for long-term exposure to corrosive environment items and their components, mainly used in long-term contact with human sweat headphones, headphone charging boxes, electronic readers, virtual reality glasses and other products of PCBA boards, displays, etc., used to solve the terminal product motherboard and circuit board, parts of sweat and other liquid corrosion problems.

For the small amount of revenue from multi-layer corrosion-resistant nanofilm during the reporting period, Fivotai disclosed a graph of the revenue of multi-layer corrosion-resistant nanofilm during the reporting period, and said that due to the gradual popularity of the TWS headset market in 2019, the virtual reality glasses market has been in the expansion stage, so the company's revenue scale from 2018 to 2020 is relatively small. From January to September 2021, as the company's headphone product cooperation project with Apple gradually entered the mass production stage, sales revenue increased rapidly.

Fivotai said that specifically, in 2018, after the company completed the development of multi-layer corrosion-resistant nano-films, it began to promote to customers such as Goertek, a leading enterprise in the headphone manufacturing industry, due to the long certification process required for the introduction of new products and the preparation process of the product, only a small amount of revenue was formed for some customers that year. In 2019 and 2020, as the company's cooperation projects with customers such as Goertek entered the mass production stage, the sales scale of multi-layer corrosion-resistant nanofilms gradually expanded, but due to the relatively small number of customers, the overall sales revenue scale is still small. At the same time, the company's cooperation projects with other new customers have gradually entered the stage of technical verification. From January to March 2021, the revenue scale of multi-layer corrosion-resistant nanofilm decreased, mainly due to the impact of the reduction of production of some products, and the company's revenue scale from Goertek shares decreased.

From January to September 2021, the revenue scale of Fivotai from multi-layer corrosion-resistant nano-films increased significantly, mainly due to the gradual entry into the mass production stage of its headphone and accessory projects with Apple, so the sales revenue of its EMS manufacturer Luxshare Precision has increased.

Fivotai said that in the future, with the expansion of the company's transaction scale with Luxshare Precision and Goertek, the revenue scale of multi-layer corrosion-resistant nanofilm will continue to grow.
