When the second eldest had not yet become a Zhi County, the old landlord died. After the landlord's death, his sons discussed dividing up the family.
The four brothers had discussed when the second brother was not present, and they all thought that their father had spent so much money when he donated for the second brother, although he had not yet taken office, but once he took office in the future, the future was unlimited. Therefore, when the family was separated, nothing was left for the second eldest.
The second brother thought that this way of dividing the family was too unreasonable, so he sued the brothers to the yamen. However, because his emotions were too excited and his words were too fierce, the result not only did he not get what he deserved, but instead made the officials think that he was a diao, and nothing was awarded to him.
