Zhaojin Mining (01818) appointed Jiang Guipeng as an executive director of the Company

Zhaojin Mining (01818) announced that Dong Xin has resigned as an executive director of the Company, the chairman of the Safety and Environmental Protection Committee, the president and an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Zhang Banglong has resigned as vice chairman, non-executive director and member of the strategy committee of the company. Liu Yongsheng has resigned as a non-executive director, a member of the Strategy Committee and a member of the Geological and Resource Management Committee of the Company.

Jiang Guipeng has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the safety and environmental protection committee, president and authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Ding Jun has been appointed as a non-executive director, vice chairman and member of the strategy committee of the Company. Li Guanghui has been appointed as a non-executive Director, a member of the Strategy Committee and a member of the Geology and Resources Management Committee.
