Thinking and strategy
-
Vanke Tianqin Bay, above nature, is in line with the city and has two genes of city and nature. Shenzhen Vanke and GND Jiedi in this landscape transformation from the real perception and experience of life, with the locality and characteristics, process and low intervention, abstract and artistic design concept as the guide, respect the original site ecosystem and temperament, continue the brand spirit, combined with regional characteristics, the most simple gifts of nature into the space, to create a "natural beauty, humanistic beauty, artistic beauty" landscape space.
Continuity and reinvention
Respect for site characteristics — Based on the continuation and preservation of the site's language, the design is based on topography to create a richly layered vertical landscape that reshapes the interrelationship between the city and nature, life and people.
Improving the ecosystem — Protecting and restoring regional ecosystems by replanting hedges, replacing ground covers, clearing debris, reinforcing and beautifying slopes, and more. Make the living environment and the natural environment organically integrate and develop together, and build a harmonious habitat where nature and man are integrated.
Space Scene Creation - Respecting the order of the venue and nature, with a simple and concise design language, reflecting the perfect combination of natural landscape and practical functions. The fusion of nature and humanities, the fit of architecture and environment, to create a unique landscape space with unique mountain and sea characteristics and unique scene memory.

Status quo analysis and design strategies
• Design presentation
Sequence and light and shadow
The entrance serves as the first impression of the landscape for visitors and serves as the focal point of the entire project. The core concept of the design lies in the rigorous and restrained spatial logic, we extend the design to municipal greening to maintain the overall sense of space, using the entrance height difference relationship to form a rich landscape experience, attracting people to enter the park naturally and enjoy the wonderful feeling of slowing down.
The design hides the porch behind the tree, and the porch and the original tree form a frame scene, like a picture scroll, continuing the original beauty of the space. The pure yet expressive raw materials form an artistic tension, presenting the perfect fusion of ultimate craftsmanship and original texture, which further responds to the original concept of design.
Sunlight spreads through the lush canopy of trees to form a dappled shadow of light, transforming the entrance courtyard into an outdoor recreation space.
Experience and interact
As Pete O'Dolf said, "Perhaps we don't have to bother decorating nature, we don't have to deliberately escape the withering and withering of flowers, because the most authentic natural change is a thrilling beauty." ”
In order to protect and highlight the surrounding natural green landscape, the design aims to avoid large-scale construction and development, and the characteristics of the site and the improvement points of the regional environment are sorted out through preliminary research. The road part starts from scene reconstruction, functional supplementation, and landscape extension, so that the building is integrated with the road and the site environment.
In the design of landscape moving lines, through the organization of streamlines, the guidance of line of sight and the conversion of space, different viewing perspectives such as head-up, upward-looking, and top-down are created, creating a series of unique landscape scenes, enhancing the sense of spatial experience and interactivity, and making homecoming a kind of enjoyment.
Nature and art
The landscape design of the exhibition area continues the architectural form and charm, minimizes the decorative language, but makes the natural elements such as native trees, flexible and changing light and shadow, mountains and sea scenery become the protagonists of the space, and the open and dynamic space layout forms a transparent and continuous visual experience, showing a minimalist artistic style. At the same time, pay attention to the form, material, color, texture and respect for the coordination of the site environment and regional style.
The main scene node combines the color, form and characteristics of the building, connects the landscape, architecture and nature, and creates a surround space with a lonely point view tree, showing the beauty of natural rhythm.
The mirrored water feature conveys a deep and fluid dynamic beauty. At the same time, the water feature softens the rigid façade of the original building, so that the building and the landscape complement each other.
Energy saving and ecology
Lighting systems can support circadian rhythms by changing the color temperature throughout the day, avoid direct light, save energy and consume low energy, and create a low-carbon ecological community.
Biophilic design encourages curiosity, engagement, biodiversity, and habitat restoration. In the soft scenery construction, based on the characteristics of the ground, the unique ecosystem of Lyra Bay is continued, and the native plants with a chest diameter of more than 15 cm are retained, and a variety of aromatic plants and dozens of ornamental plants of various colors are introduced to create the landscape tone of the ecological-grade mansion.
The main goal of this landscape improvement is to maximize the quality of space, ecology and sustainability. After the landscape upgrading design, the design and the natural landscape are integrated, and the area forms a strong green ecological framework. This green ecological framework consists of a series of different landscape elements, with natural landscapes such as forests and seascapes, as well as existing infrastructure such as recreational areas and roads, all being optimized, and new landscape nodes have been added. The integration of these elements has greatly improved the travel experience of residents, while also having important ecological functions.
