The seven students are Huang Huaqin, Hou Jiangnan, Pan Xingming, Chen Chunying, Zheng Youhui, Huang Yitao, Chen Minyi, zhaoqing medical nursing, clinical, rehabilitation, acupuncture and massage and other majors, and are now interning in Maoming People's Hospital, Maoming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Gaozhou People's Hospital and other hospitals.

Huang Huaqin: On the same day, several of our interns in Maoming met to take the train back to school to participate in the job fair, and everyone sat in car 5.
At the time of the incident, I was looking at the recruitment information when I suddenly heard a radio from the train, announcing that the attendant had found a male passenger fainting in the toilet of car 4 and needed urgent rescue.
"I'm a medical student!" I didn't think much of it at the time, just thinking about the importance of saving people, so I rushed to the toilet.
Southern + Reporter: After meeting the patients, what did you do?
Huang Huaqin: After arriving at the scene, I saw a male passenger of about 50 years old in a coma, so I assisted the staff to carry the passenger out of the toilet and check his physical condition. At that time, the patient was unable to breathe spontaneously, the carotid artery and leg artery were not pulsating, and the basic vital signs were lost.
The patient was in critical condition and I performed CPR immediately. The strength of a person is limited, and while rescuing, I shouted for nursing and other professional students to help. We formed a temporary rescue team, each doing its job to rescue the patients.
Pershingming: When I arrived at the scene of the incident, I saw many people surrounding me, so I shouted loudly: the windows should be opened, the air should circulate, and the train should not be crowded with too many people.
Two or three minutes later, a first aid kit was passed over, and we quickly opened the first aid kit to find a tool to check whether the patient's heart and lungs were abnormal blood pressure.
I learned about it in school and practiced it twice during my internship. The scene was very urgent, and the mind was always thinking about what to do, constantly observing vital signs and carrying out the next step of rescue.

South + Reporter: In the process of rescue, how did you cooperate with the division of labor, and what were you thinking at the time?
Huang Huaqin: I am a student majoring in acupuncture and massage, and I carry medical milli needles with me. At that time, after relaying with my nursing classmates, I took out a milli-needle to administer the needle to the patient, stimulating him to regain consciousness.
In school, we have all taken many clinical courses, and we have a wealth of practical training experience. Taking me as an example, at this stage, I am interning in Maoming City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and I have also had a certain rescue experience, so this time I always remain calm. Other students are the same, everyone cooperates with tacit understanding, and strictly follows the first aid process to rescue.
At that time, we only wanted to save people, taking turns to do CPR rescue for patients, and you were tired and replaced me. Although the patient still has no vital signs, it is the duty of medical workers to save people, and none of us have given up, and we have all done our best to rescue them. Everyone continued to rescue for more than 30 minutes, the train was urgently docked, we and the attendant escorted the patient off the train, handed over to the local hospital emergency team, the tense nerves relaxed a little, but still worried about the patient's condition. In the next journey, everyone worked together to review the rescue just now, to ensure that every link was in place, and everyone's hanging heart was put down.
Chen Chunying: When practicing in school simulation, it will be very calm, this is the first time to rescue without a teacher, a little nervous. But saving people is the vocation of our medical students, and we still do our best to help with what we have learned.

At present, these students have returned to the hospital to continue their internship. "Train rescue is just one of many of my rescue experiences, and if I encounter something similar, I will rush ahead."
