The main changes in the new three-pack method

In fact, there are similar provisions in the old version of the three-pack law, but the conditions for car return and replacement in the old three-pack law are harsh to almost perverted, which requires the owner's car repair time to exceed 35 days, or the same product can be repaired more than 5 times due to quality problems to be reasonably returned. 2. Compulsory maintenance is prohibited

In the new three guarantees law, this kind of behavior is already a standard illegal act, if the owner encounters the situation of being forcibly bundled by the merchant, he can report it to the relevant departments.
The calculation time of the three-guarantee method is calculated from the date of delivery
In the old three-pack law, the calculation time of the three-pack service is not clear, so some merchants will start to calculate from the day of invoicing, and it has been a month or two since the owner really mentioned the car, and the car has not waited for the three packs of time in the hand to pass a lot, which also makes it more difficult for many consumers to protect their rights. In addition to the clear provisions on the calculation date, the new three guarantees law also proposes that the three guarantees of new family cars shall not be less than two years or 50,000 kilometers, and the warranty period shall not be less than three years or 60,000 kilometers.
Fourth, the depreciation cost required for returning and replacing the car is reduced
Although some merchants will agree to return and exchange the vehicle to the owner, they will require the owner to pay an additional expensive depreciation fee as compensation. However, the new Three Guarantees Law stipulates that the compensation coefficient of merchants when requiring car owners to pay the corresponding depreciation expenses shall not exceed 0.5%.
