Until now, everyone still remembers the classic line: "Remember the summer rain on the shore of Daming Lake that year?" "For a time, many people thought that there really was a summer rain lotus in history.
However, throughout the history books of the Qing Dynasty, there is no record of "Xia Yuhe", which shows that this person is only a literary fabrication. However, in many Qing Palace dramas, there will occasionally be people who are not recorded in the history books, but they often have historical prototypes. Since this is the case, I believe that Xia Yuhe also has a historical archetype, so who is this person?
According to the introduction in "Huan Zhu GeGe", we know that Xia Yuhe is a Jiangnan woman, Qianlong knew her when he was visiting Weifu privately, and later Qianlong rushed back to the capital when qianlong had something to do, and Xia Yuhe waited for him in Jiangnan. However, during this period, Qianlong's wife, Empress Xiaoxian, died, and Qianlong was so sad that he only cared about the funeral for his wife and forgot about Xia Yuhe.
The story also unfolded from here, Xia Yuhe gave birth to a daughter for Qianlong, named Ziwei. On her deathbed, Xia Yuhe told Ziwei the secret of her life and asked her to go to the capital to find her biological father. Later, although there was Xiaoyanzi, an oolong, Ziwei also successfully recognized her father and was named "Pearl Grid".
After learning about Xia Yuhe's origins, we went through the history books again and found that among the many concubines of Qianlong, only one of them had a similar origin to Xia Yuhe, that is, the Pure Hui Emperor's noble concubine.
Emperor Chunhui's concubine, whose original surname was Su, was a real Han Chinese woman. The history books record that she was the daughter of Su Zhaonan, but do not say where her ancestral home is, but it is inferred that the Su clan is likely to be from Jiangnan. Therefore, she is not as bold and straight as the Manchu woman, but gentle and quiet, thus gaining Qianlong's love.

Su married Qianlong as a concubine during the Yongzheng period, and after Qianlong ascended the throne, he made her a pure concubine, and was promoted to pure concubine the following year. Speaking of this, I believe everyone remembers who she is, because in the recent Qing Palace drama, she also appeared. Su Jinghao in "Yanxi Raiders" and Su Lujun in "Ruyi Zhuan" are all based on her as a historical prototype.
The Su clan gave birth to two sons and a daughter for Qianlong, and after giving birth to the sixth son of the emperor, YongYao, he was promoted to pure noble concubine. If the historical prototype of Xia Yuhe is the Qianlong concubine Su Shi, then the historical prototype of Ziwei must be her. However, she did not live in the world, but has always grown up in qianlong's favor.
In the tenth year of Qianlong, the fourth daughter of the emperor was born, and later she was named Princess Heshuo and Jia, which shows the degree of Qianlong's favor for her. Because the princess was born with webs between her fingers and was shaped like a bergamot, she was also known as the "bergamot princess".
In the twenty-fifth year of Qianlong, Princess Heshuo and Jia were married by Qianlong and married to Fulong'an. Fulong'an, surnamed Fucha , belonged to the Manchurian Yellow Banner , and was the second son of Fu Heng , a scholar and first-class Duke of Zhongyong , and a nephew of Empress Xiaoxianchun. He was also the Minister of Military Aircraft and the Crown Prince Taibao. Later, he inherited his father's title and became a first-class loyal and courageous duke.
In the twenty-third year of Qianlong, Fulong An conferred on he Shuo's donkey, and married the princess two years later. Marrying Princess Heshuo and Jia to Fulong'an also proved her position in Qianlong's heart. After the two became related, they had two sons. Unfortunately, the good times did not last long, and the princess died of illness in the thirty-second year of Qianlong at the age of twenty-three.
Although Princess Heshuo and Princess Jia died, Fulong'an was still highly valued by Qianlong, and finally in the forty-ninth year of Qianlong, Fulong'an also died, Chinese New Year's Eve nine years old. It is a pity that both husband and wife died young, and finally Fulongan and Princess Heshuo and Jia were buried together by the Tonghui River.
