The owner asked: Why should vehicles enter and exit the community charge a "pole lifting fee"?
Manager Liu of Deshengyuan Property: Vehicles entering and leaving the community do not need "pole lifting fees", and vehicles with emergencies can enter. The owner asked: Why is the price of the property fee in the community different?
Manager Liu of Deshengyuan Property: There are public green spaces and fire passages in front of Building 1, and the property fee is charged at 1.2 yuan / square meter, including public lighting fees, elevator fees and other costs. There is no public green space in front of Building 2, only fire passages, and the property fee is charged at 0.9 yuan / square meter, but does not include public lighting fees, elevator fees and other fees, which need to be paid additionally.
