According to Sky Sports, Ramsey left Juventus this month to have links to Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle.
Allegri reportedly confirmed that Ramsey was ready to leave Juve and ramsey would leave the team this month. The 31-year-old midfielder has been plagued by injuries this season and he is not part of Allegri's long-term plans, with reports suggesting he could return to English football.
Ramsey was linked to Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle after it was reported that Burnley had submitted a formal contract to the Welshman, but Ramsey had refused.
Ramsey came to Juve on a free transfer from Arsenal in July 2019 and the team signed him to a four-year contract with a weekly salary of £325,000. This season, Ramsey has made just five appearances for Juventus in all competitions and only 97 minutes in Serie A.
