Ramsey rejected Burnley's offer and the player wanted to play for a more ambitious club

According to Italian reports, Ramsey has turned down Burnley's offer.

The Wales international is no longer on Allegri's plans and he is keen to return to the Premier League where he can have more time. Newcastle United are by far the club with the most ties.

Di Marzio, a transfer specialist at Sky Sports Italy, said Burnley made a formal offer but was flatly rejected by Ramsey because he wanted to return to England to play for a more ambitious club.
