"Rib root soup" is a more common dish in Huangpi District, but Mulan Water Town has made it a more mellow flavor, and the rich soup still hides a variety of ingredients, and the rib lotus root is mixed together, and it really eats something different.
"Gold medal garlic bone" is one of the signature dishes of Mulan Water Town Hotel, the choice is a good "sub-rib", the meat is tender, but I took a picture a little late, the color will be more yellow and better when it is just served on the table, the little meat loose on the top can be said to be "the finishing touch", although the amount is very small, but as long as it is stained a little, and the tender meat of the ribs is rolled in the mouth together, it is particularly delicious.
"Dry pot beef tendon" is one of my favorite dishes, beef tendon has been cooked so softly that it is not yet at the level of "melting in the mouth", but it is not far away. Although there are a lot of red peppers, they are only slightly spicy, which is completely acceptable to me who do not like to eat spicy.
