In 1925, Li Anfu was born in a wealthy family in Leling, Dezhou, Shandong. From an early age, he was not tall, and for some reason he ended up being only 1.2 meters tall. Although physically flawed, he didn't care. Because the family conditions were OK, he went to private school, learned martial arts, and learned shooting with his father and brother. He was very wise and learned everything quickly. It can be said that Li Anfu is a person who can be martial and literate. It laid a good foundation for him to join the army and serve the country in the future.
After the "July 7 Incident," the Japanese invaders accelerated the pace of aggression, robbing the Chinese people of their belongings, insulting Chinese women, and slaughtering innocent people in the occupied areas. Li Anfu witnessed the atrocities of the little devils in China, burning and killing, and under the influence of his father, decided to go to the battlefield to fight the little devils. In 1938, Xiao Hua, deputy director of the Political Department of the Fifth Division and political commissar of the 343rd Brigade, was ordered by the organization to lead the army into the Jilu Border Region. In September, the troops reached the county seat of Leling.
Li Anfu, who was only 13 years old, found the Eighth Route Army and signed up for the army, but was refused because he was too small. He did not give up, so he volunteered himself, showed his rich cultural knowledge to the leaders of the troops, as well as his strengths - shooting and marksmanship, and said to the leaders: "Although I am small, the target is also small, and it is more convenient to carry out the task!" His persistence impressed the leaders and agreed to his enlistment. In General Xiao Hua's troops, he killed the enemy bravely. He has successively served as a trumpet soldier, a cultural instructor, and a squad leader.
In October 1939, Li Anfu, who had just joined the army for more than a year, was quietly transferred to the armed forces. It turned out that the organization, considering his marksmanship and height advantage, decided to send him on some special missions. He often disguised himself as a schoolboy and appeared in places where the japanese leader was active, performing important assassination missions. Because of his low height and young age, in the eyes of the Japanese army, he is a small child, so he relaxes his vigilance. As everyone knows, the small body can explode with huge energy, giving the leader of the Japanese army a fatal blow. With the cooperation of his comrades-in-arms, he assassinated a number of Japanese officers who committed the most heinous crimes.
Among them, the most famous should be the Military Instructor of the Japanese Army, Kawashima Tanigawa. Assassinating him was also the most dangerous assassination mission carried out by Li Anfu. In Leling, Kawashima Tanigawa often grabbed ordinary people as "living targets" for Japanese military training, and the methods were extremely cruel, and the people of Leling hated him to the bone. Therefore, the martial arts team decided to get rid of the fierce executioner. On that day, Li Anfu disguised himself as a schoolboy and went to "meet" Tanigawa Kawashima. At that time, he carried out this mission with the mentality that even if he lost his life, he would kill Kawashima Tanigawa.
After that, Li Anfu made meritorious achievements in the Battle of Jinan and the Battle of Huaihai. After the founding of New China, he continued to contribute to the country and the people until 1983, when he left and returned to his hometown. After retirement, the elderly Li Anfu volunteered as a red education counselor, telling the story of the War of Resistance and Revolution to the younger generation and inspiring them.
