Museum Qilu | Collection of Zhangqiu District Museum in Jinan City, Shandong Province: Bronze Ding

Bronze Ding, Western Han Dynasty, is now in the Zhangqiu District Museum in Jinan, Shandong Province.

Bronze Ding, Luozhuang Han Tomb excavated, Hanzhuang Han Tomb unearthed a total of 29 pieces of bronze Ding. The bronze ding-shaped system is basically the same, the size is different, some have a cover, some have no cover, the overall characteristics are: curved lid, the cover surface has 3 ring buttons, double appendages, the mouth of the mother and child, the flat round abdomen, the middle of the abdomen has a convex edge, a round bottom, and the hoof-like foot.

Bronze Ding, Ding is a food vessel for cooking meat, livestock sacrifices and feasts, generally three feet and two ears, which was regarded as a heavy instrument for the founding of the country and a symbol of power in ancient times.
