About Lu Taiyu
Lu Taiyu, freelance painter, born in Chongqing, China, 2017~2019, China Academy of Art Oil Painting Advanced Seminar, 2017 Russian Oil Painting Senior Seminar of Surikov Academy of Fine Arts, Moscow, Russia, 1998~1999 EMBA Senior MBA Class of Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, 1982~1983, Oil Painting Major, School of Fine Arts, Southwest University.
In the journey of life, Lu Taiyu plays different roles and interprets the story of an era. He has successively interpreted the journey of life with the roles of factory technicians, art teachers, young poets, newspaper and magazine editors, journalists, outstanding advertisers, IT elites, experts and scholars in the real estate industry, urban planning strategy experts, real estate developers, members of the expert group of key topics of the Ministry of Construction, directors of the China Real Estate and Housing Industry Association, and contemporary oil painting landscape painters.
Lu Taiyu is passionate about public welfare, and in 1995, he donated funds to establish the "Kaixiu Scholarship scholarship and scholarship fund" in Banan District, Chongqing, and in 2019, as a volunteer, he went to Meigu County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, to volunteer and become a rural teacher in the depths of the mountains, opening the window of art for children in the mountains and winning many awards.
In the past ten years, Lu Taiyu has devoted himself to the creation of landscape paintings, and his sketching footprints have covered snowy mountain meadows, loess slopes, Jiangnan water towns, Qilu land, western border plugs, and exotic styles. Now, focus on the cityscape of Chongqing.
