1 Range

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of plant enzyme solid beverages.

This standard applies to fruit and vegetable powder, cereal flour, enzyme powder, fruit and vegetable solid drinks, resistant dextrin, maltodextrin as raw materials, with soybean dietary fiber powder, inulin, galacto-oligosaccharides, xylose oligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides, lactitol, crystalline fructose, thrombose, maca powder, konjac powder, ginseng (artificially grown), rosettes (heavy-petaled red roses), rose ash, danfeng peony flowers, cassia seeds, lotus leaves, ume, perilla, yam, longan meat, goji berries, barley seedlings, natto, red yeast rice, kelp, β-carotene, lycopene, phytosterols, phytosterols, soy protein isolate, soy peptides, wheat oligopeptides, corn oligopeptides, pea peptides, mung bean peptides, walnut peptides, yam peptides, calcium casein peptides, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, citric acid, calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, ferrous fumarate, ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, zinc oxide, L-carnitine, Silicon dioxide, sucralose, oats β-dextran, one or more of the food flavors, pre-processed, ingredients, and then mixed with compound lactic acid bacteria powder (bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus fermented, Lactobacillus helvetii, Lactobacillus helvere), and Phytoensinus helicosin solid drinks after mixing and packaging.

According to the different raw materials of the product, it is divided into:

3.1 Phytoensin solid drink 1: fruit and vegetable powder, enzyme powder, maltodextrin, inulin, xylose oligosaccharides, surose, calcium carbonate, ferrous fumarate, β-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, silica, citric acid as raw materials, with compound lactic acid bacteria powder, processed by a series of processes.

3.2 Plant enzyme solid drink 2: with fruit and vegetable powder, enzyme powder, maltodextrin, inulin, xylose oligosaccharides, surose, calcium gluconate, ferrous gluconate, β-carotene, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, silica, citric acid as raw materials, with compound lactic acid bacteria powder, processed by a series of processes.

3.3 Plant enzyme solid drink 3: with fruit and vegetable powder, enzyme powder, maltodextrin, water thrombose, β-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, silicon dioxide, citric acid as raw materials, with compound lactic acid bacteria powder, processed by a series of processes.

3.4 Plant enzyme solid drink 4: fruit and vegetable powder, grain powder, enzyme powder, maltodextrin, surose, calcium gluconate, ferrous gluconate, β-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, silicon dioxide, citric acid, sucralose as raw materials, with complex lactic acid bacteria powder, processed by a series of processes.

3.5 Plant enzyme solid drink 5: fruit and vegetable powder, grain powder, enzyme powder, natto powder, maltodextrin, water sustenose, ginseng (artificially planted), calcium carbonate, ferrous fumarate, zinc gluconate, silicon dioxide, citric acid, sucralose as raw materials, with compound lactic acid bacteria powder, processed by a series of processes.

4 Requirements

4.1 Raw materials and excipients

4.1.1 Enzyme powder: soluble is required; it should comply with the provisions of the supplier's effective enterprise standard for filing, and comply with the provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.

4.1.2 Fruit and vegetable powder: shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 1884.

4.1.3 Grain flour: shall comply with the provisions of GB 19640.

4.1.4 Fruit and vegetable solid beverages: should comply with the provisions of GB 7101.

4.1.5 Soybean dietary fiber powder: should comply with the provisions of GB 1886.98.

4.1.6 Lactitol: should comply with the provisions of GB/T 22494.

4.1.7 Red Yeast Rice: shall comply with the provisions of QB/T 2847.

4.1.8 Kelp: shall comply with the provisions of GB 19643.

4.1.9 Lycopene: should comply with the provisions of GB 1886.78.

4.1.10 Pea peptides, mung bean peptides, walnut peptides, yam peptides: shall comply with the provisions of the supplier filing effective enterprise standards and the Announcement of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China (No. 3 [2013]).

4.1.11 Casein calcium peptide: shall comply with the provisions of the supplier's effective enterprise standard for filing.

4.1.12 Soy protein isolate: should comply with the provisions of GB/T 20371.

4.1.13 Vitamin A: shall comply with the provisions of GB 14750.

4.1.14 Vitamin D: should comply with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015 edition of part II).

4.1.15 Vitamin E: shall comply with the provisions of GB 14756.

4.1.16 Galactose oligosaccharides: shall comply with the provisions of the Bulletin of the Ministry of Health (No. 20 of 2008).

4.1.17 Crystalline fructose: shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 26762.

4.1.24 Rose ashwagandha: it should be free of insects, pollution, mildew, and should meet the requirements of GB 2762 and GB 2763.

4.1.25 Barley seedlings: shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 1325.

4.1.26 Natto: shall comply with the provisions of SB/T 10528.

4.1.27 Vitamin B1: shall comply with the provisions of GB 14751.

4.1.28 Vitamin B2: shall comply with the provisions of GB 14752.

4.1.29 Vitamin B6: should comply with the provisions of GB 14753.

4.1.41 Sucralose: shall comply with the provisions of GB 25531.

4.1.42 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose: should comply with the provisions of GB 1886.232.

4.1.43 β- Carotene: shall comply with the provisions of GB 8821.

4.1.47 Corn oligopeptides: should comply with the provisions of QB/T 4707.

4.1.48 Calcium carbonate: shall comply with the provisions of GB 1886.214.

4.1.49 Calcium gluconate: should comply with the provisions of GB 15571.

4.1.50 Ferrous fumarate: shall comply with the provisions of the supplier's filing effective enterprise standard.

4.1.51 Ferrous gluconate: should comply with the provisions of GB 1903.10.

4.1.57 Plant sterol esters: should comply with the requirements of the Bulletin of the Ministry of Health (No. 3 of 2010).

4.1.58 Food flavors: shall comply with the provisions of GB 30616.

4.1.59 Compound lactic acid bacteria powder (Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus fermented, Lactobacillus helveticus): shall comply with the provisions of the supplier's effective enterprise standards for filing, and comply with the provisions of [2010] No. 65 issued by the Health Office.

4.1.60 Processing water: shall comply with the provisions of GB 5749.

4.1.61 Ginseng (artificial cultivation): shall comply with the requirements of the Bulletin of the Ministry of Health (No. 17 of 2012) and DBS22/024.

4.2 Sensory indicators

Sensory indicators should comply with table 1.

4.3 Physicochemical indicators

The physical and chemical indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4.5 Net content indicators

It shall comply with the provisions of Order No. 75 (2005) of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.

4.6 Food additives and food nutrition enhancers

4.6.1 The quality of food additives and food nutrition enhancers shall comply with the corresponding safety standards and relevant regulations.

4.6.2 The variety and amount of food additives and the amount of use shall comply with the provisions of GB 2760. Food flavors, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, citric acid, vitamin C, polydextrose, lactitol are used in appropriate amounts according to production needs. The maximum use of silica ≤ 15.0g/kg.

4.6.3 The variety and amount of food nutrition enhancers and the amount of use shall comply with the provisions of GB 14880.

4.7 Hygienic requirements during production and processing

It should comply with the provisions of GB 12695 and GB 14881.

5 Test methods

5.1 Sensory indicators

In bright natural light, take an appropriate amount of sample, open the outer package, place the contents in a clean white porcelain dish, and observe its color, tissue form and impurities. Smell its smell and taste it.

5.2 Physicochemical indicators

5.2.1 Moisture: Measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.3.

5.2.2 Total arsenic: measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.11.

5.2.3 Lead: measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.12.

5.2.4 Sucralose: measured according to the method specified in GB 22255.

5.2.5 Calcium: measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.92.

5.2.6 Iron: measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.90.

5.2.7 Zinc: measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.14.

5.2.8 Vitamin B1: Measured according to the method specified in GB/T 5009.84.

5.2.9 Vitamin B2: Measured according to the method specified under vitamin B2 in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015 Edition PART II).

5.2.10 Vitamin B6: Measured according to the method specified in GB/T 5009.154.

5.2.11 Vitamin B12: Measured according to the method specified under vitamin B12 of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015 edition of part II).

5.2.12 Niacin: measured according to the method specified in GB/T 5009.89.

5.2.13 Folic acid: measured according to the method specified in GB/T 5009.211.

5.2.14 Pantothenic acid: measured according to the method specified in GB/T 5009.210.

5.2.15 Lycopene: measured according to the method specified in SN/T 3865.

5.2.16 L-Carnitine: measured according to the method specified in GB 29989.

5.2.17 β-carotene: tested according to the method specified in GB 5009.83.

5.2.18 Penicillin: measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.185.

5.2.19 Aflatoxin B1: measured according to the method specified in GB 5009.22.

5.3 Microbiological indicators

5.3.1 Coliform bacteria: measured according to the method specified in GB 4789.3.

5.3.2 Number of lactic acid bacteria: measured according to the method specified in GB 4789.35.

5.3.3 Mold: measured according to the method specified in GB 4789.15.

5.3.4 Salmonella: measured according to the method specified in GB 4789.4.

5.3.5 Staphylococcus aureus: measured according to the method specified in the second law of GB 4789.10.

5.4 Net content and negative deviation

Measured according to the method specified in JJF 1070.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Group Batches

Take the same batch of ingredients, the same production shift, the same packaging specifications and packaged products as a batch.

6.2 Sampling Methods

In each batch of products, samples of the number of boxes are randomly sampled according to 3%, and then 2 minimum packages are drawn from each box, and the number of samples must not be less than 18 packs (bags). Samples are divided into 2 parts, 1 test, 1 for reference.

6.3 Product Inspection

Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

6.3.1 Factory Inspection

The product should be inspected by the company's quality inspection department according to the factory inspection items, and accompanied by a product quality certificate before leaving the factory. The test items are sensory indicators, net content, moisture, number of lactic acid bacteria, and coliform bacteria.

6.3.2 Type inspection

Type inspection is all the items specified in this standard. In normal production, a type inspection is carried out every six months. A type test should also be performed in one of the following cases:

a) when a new product is put into production;

b) when the product is suspended for more than three months and production is resumed;

c) When there is a major change in the processing technology, which may affect the quality of the product;

d) When the product quality is unstable or there are quality objections between the supply and demand sides;

e) When requested by the food safety regulatory authorities.

6.4 Judgment Rules

6.4.1 When all items of the inspection results meet the provisions of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified.

6.4.2 If one of the test results in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the product is judged to be a non-conforming product, and the microbial index shall not be re-inspected.

6.4.3 If there is a non-compliance with the requirements of this standard in the inspection results except for microbial indicators, the unqualified items can be doubled from the batch of products, and when the re-inspection results are all in line with the provisions of this standard, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; if there are still indicators that do not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.

7 Logo, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage, shelf life

7.1 Logos, Labels

7.1.1 Product sales packaging marks shall comply with GB 7718, the Provisions on the Administration of Food Labeling (Revised Edition) and the relevant provisions of GB 28050, and indicate the place of origin and specifications. Product transportation packaging marks should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 191.

7.1.2 The daily consumption limit (the maximum consumption limit of this product equivalent to maca powder is: 25g/day) and the unsuitable group (this product is not suitable for infants, lactating women, pregnant women).

7.1.3 The label and label of the product with added phytosterols shall indicate the daily consumption limit (the maximum edible limit of this product equivalent to phytosterols is: 2.4g/day) and unsuitable people (infants and young children of this product shall not be consumed).

7.1.4 The label and label of products with added plant sterol esters should indicate the daily consumption limit (the maximum edible limit of this product equivalent to plant sterol esters is: 5g/day) and unsuitable people (pregnant women and children under 5 years of age should not eat this product).

7.1.5 The daily consumption limit shall be indicated on the label and label of the product with galactose added (the maximum edible limit of this product equivalent to galactose is: 15g/day).

7.1.6 The label and label of products with oat β-dextran should indicate the daily consumption limit (the maximum consumption limit of this product equivalent to oatmeal β-dextran is: 5g/day) and unsuitable for people (this product is not suitable for infants, lactating women, pregnant women).
