  I have been doing system management in the company for more than 4 years, and I think that whether it is to lead by example or require the team to be for the overall situation, more is limited to my own opinion.   The second time I came to Shenzhou elite training. The first time I attended was the course "Empowering Organizational Execution Systems". After two months of training, I was promoted from a training supervisor to a customer service manager. This talent training is to enter the bottleneck period of management, I hope that through this training, I can learn leadership knowledge and bring the team better.

  I've always had a misunderstanding about leadership. Thinking that I am in this position, both the supervisor and the customer service have to obey me, but this is not the case. After listening to Mr. Jiang Tong's course, I realized that leadership is not a power, but a kind of ability, which is to lead partners to see career hope and help more people to progress. In short: leadership is about leading more people to realize their dreams while realizing their dreams.

  Through this "Organizational Leadership Excellence System" course, I learned that as a leader, you must have extraordinary courage, have clear goals, and dare to influence and drive others.    The third time I came to the class of Shenzhou talents! When the company issued a notice saying that Shenzhou Talents had started classes again, I was the first to take the initiative to sign up! I have experienced execution and learned industrialization in the systematic course of Shenzhou Talents, and when I knew that the content of this course was "Excellent Organizational Leadership System", I was very much looking forward to it, because this is the course I urgently need to learn.

  From the very beginning of the executive course, focusing on self-driven, learning and improvement, to the industrialized curriculum, developing self-learning sops and providing insights into the sops of the department. Follow the course of talents step by step to learn, land, internalize, I also from the new business white, to now lead the team, teach new people, to achieve self-improvement at the same time, help peers to make progress together, but also more aware of their own shortcomings and areas to be improved.

  The process of leading the team is not smooth, and the team building problems encountered in the early stage, such as the team members are not aware of their work responsibilities, not active, not cooperative. I blindly believe that it is a problem of employees, and I feel powerless about it.   October 16, 2021 is a very special day, I followed the leadership team of Sinopharm industry into the training class of "Excellent Organizational Leadership System" of Shenzhou Talents, and I have participated in the experiential training course before. Because I was the organizer of the training, I could not deeply participate in the entire training course, but through the training, I came into contact with Zhang Yue and Zhu Panpan, two teachers, and felt that Shenzhou Talents may be a different company - there is a feeling of not receiving troops without reaching the results. This time I had the opportunity to deeply understand the talents of Shenzhou, and I came to the training with the mentality of "all unknowns".

In particular, I listened to Mr. Jiang Tong's course, confirmed each other, and felt particularly deeply.

Now that I think about it, I really didn't understand Jiang Tong's key words about building trust at that time, so I regret it. If you could clearly share your management philosophy at that time, and say some things that should be said but were embarrassed to say in time, to a large extent, you would not have gone to an almost opposing camp. Through Mr. Jiang Tong's curriculum and self-reflection, he realized that this is still a problem of insufficient personal mind and leadership, misleading others and misunderstandings themselves, and affecting the team. Fortunately, it is not too late to make up for the dead sheep. Finding that acknowledging the problem and facing it squarely is the beginning of effective problem solving. A few days of courses helped me discover my shortcomings, and from a theoretical and methodological point of view, I cut into misunderstandings and formulate changes. I believe: the future, the team can look forward to!
