According to the announcement, since June 2017, the Group has indirectly held a controlling interest in Du Xiaoyue and through Du Xiaoyue has been engaged in the operation of a number of restaurants under the "Du Xiaoyue" brand in Hong Kong.

After that, Du Xiaoyue was introduced to Hong Kong by Huangxi Group and laid out in transportation hubs such as airports.
