Mannitol detection

author:Dixintai testing platform

Mannitol (Mannitol), also known as D-mannitol, D-mannitol, is an isomer of sorbitol, the hydroxyl group on the second carbon atom of the two alcohols is oriented differently, and is widely used in medicine, food, industry and other fields.

The DiXintai detection platform uses high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and biochemical methods to efficiently and accurately detect changes in mannitol content. For rare glucose metabolites, if standard samples are provided, the Di Xintai assay platform can provide customized tests. For samples that cannot be detected with HPLC, the Di Xintai assay platform can provide customized assays or kit substitution services. In addition, we offer other glucose metabolite testing services to meet your different needs.

Sample preparation

Methods for extracting sugar metabolites (this section involves the company's core processes, which are routinely provided below)

1) Weigh a solid sample of 500 mg;

2) Add 5 mL of deionized water;

3) Ultrasonic treatment for 30 min;

4) Take 2 mL and set the capacity with acetonitrile to 10 mL;

5) Test with HPLC-ELSD.

HPLC Determination Of Mannitol Sample Requirements:

1. Make sure the sample size is greater than 0.2g or 0.2mL.

Cycle: 2 to 3 weeks

After the completion of the project, the DiXintai testing platform will provide a detailed bilingual technical report in Both Chinese and English, including:

1. Experimental procedure (Chinese and English)

2. Relevant mass spectrometry parameters (Chinese and English)

3. Mass spectrometry picture

4. Raw data

5. Mannitol content information
