NightShadow: Remake landed on PC a few months ago, but the console version has been slow to move. Luckily, the release date for the Switch version of Nightshade: Remake has finally been set.

Recently, "Night Shadow: Remake" appeared on the game page of the Nintendo Switch's eShop, showing that the game will be released on January 17, 2022.
This time, "Night Shadow: Remake" will use KEX Engine. This engine is often used to recreate classic video games of all kinds. Night Shadow: Remastered will support dynamic shadow mapping, dynamic pixel-by-pixel lighting, anti-aliasing, and other post-processing effects. In addition, the game will have higher density particle effects, accurate art graphics, audio, and materials, and the game will also support HDR rendering.
Night Shadow: Remake will contain three new weapons and three new levels, as well as a host of new enemies, in addition to new audio, including new music from original composer Tim Haywood, restored original deleted/unused dialogue, improved game mechanics (including a new weapon wheel for quick weapon selection), improved controls, auto-aiming, tweaked/improved AI, and over 30 achievements.
NightShadow: A Remake sells for $19.99 on the eShop.
