NBA updates quarantine policy: positives need to leave the team for 5 days, and 6 days of isolation can meet the requirements to come back

Recently, more and more stars in the NBA have been quarantined, and now there are very few teams that have not been affected by the epidemic, and basically every team has players who can't play because of triggering health and safety agreements, just such players are more or less. And recently the NBA updated their quarantine requirements for triggering health and safety protocols!

According to Shams, sources revealed that the NBA will adopt CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines - players who test positive must leave the team for 5 days. And if they want to return to the team, players will have to quarantine for 6 days and meet the test requirements or get two negative test results. After completing the five-day quarantine, the positive player wearing a mask can return to the team through a commercial flight, interact face-to-face with the community, and enter the indoor environment or facilities of the non-team place!

This change is actually still a certain positive for the teams, and now many of the NBA's positive players are basically asymptomatic, or have mild symptoms, which means that this does not have much impact on them, and the previous ten days of isolation is basically that even if they turn negative, they will be isolated until 10 days before they can return to the team. The current rules mean that players only need to quarantine for six days, and after turning cloudy, they can return to play.

The previous ten days meant that the team had to miss 4-5 games, and now it only takes six days, and the positive quarantined players will miss about 3 games, which will have less impact on the team! This requirement is still very good for some teams that are greatly affected by health and safety protocols, and if there had been such a rule, many stars might have been able to participate in the year-end war!
