During the continuation period of the special action, the date of the unified invoice for the sale of used cars or the cancellation certificate of motor vehicles, the date of the contract for the purchase of new cars, and the date of invoice for the new car must be within the subsidy period (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022). The submission date of the subsidy application must be before July 31, 2022, and the late application will not be subsidized. Individual consumers eligible for subsidies who purchase promotional models within a specified period of time can apply for subsidies according to the following guidelines.
1. Application materials
(1) Valid identity documents;
(2) A unified invoice for the sale of second-hand cars or a certificate of cancellation of a motor vehicle;
(3) New car purchase contract;
(4) Uniform sales invoices for motor vehicles;
(5) Motor vehicle driving permit;
(6) Bank savings cards for opening accounts at business outlets in Guangdong Province.
2. Handling process
(1) Inquire whether it belongs to the subsidy object.
1. Consumers holding license plate numbers in this province can log in to the "Guangdong Province" Mini Program through mobile phone WeChat (for the first time, they need to register with their real names in accordance with the guidelines).
2. Enter the "Car For New" column (the only official inquiry channel) in the scrolling column of "Guangdong Province" or "Special Topic" to inquire whether it belongs to the scope of subsidy objects. If it is a subsidy subject, you can refer to the guidelines to transfer out or scrap the vehicle under your name.
(2) Transferring out or scrapping vehicles under his or her name.
3. If the subsidy object transfers out of the vehicle under his or her name, he must obtain the "Unified Invoice for the Sale of Second-hand Cars" and complete the transfer registration procedures at the vehicle management department. Please take a photo of the invoice and keep a copy.
If the vehicle under his name is scrapped, he must go to the enterprise in the province that has the qualification for recycling and dismantling the scrapped motor vehicle and obtain the "Motor Vehicle Cancellation Certificate". 4. The subsidy object obtains the verification code in the "Car For New" column of the "Guangdong Province" Mini Program after completing the transfer out or scrapping registration for 5 working days after the vehicle management department completes the transfer or scrapping registration. The verification code is for personal use only, and the verification code must be presented to the car dealer when purchasing the car.
(3) Purchase a car and apply for pre-registration of subsidies.

The subsidy object can inquire about the "Guangdong Province 2021 Car Trade-in Promotion Model" and the list of dealers participating in the old-for-new car through the "Guangdong Province" Mini Program "Car Trade-in" column. When you go to the store to buy a car, please check with the car dealer to see if the subsidy policy is being implemented.
6. After the subsidy object purchases a new car and obtains the "Unified Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales", supervise and cooperate with the car dealer to upload the "Unified Invoice for Second-hand Car Sales" or "Motor Vehicle Cancellation Certificate" and the relevant information for the purchase of new cars in the "Car Trade-in" registration and review system on the same day, and complete the pre-registration of the subsidy application. (4) Listing and formally submitting subsidy applications.
7. The subsidy object completes the registration procedures in the provincial vehicle management department in his own capacity, obtains the vehicle driving license, logs in to the "Guangdong Province" Mini Program "Car For New" column after 5 working days, fills in the license plate number, my collection bank account, account opening bank and other information, uploads the vehicle driving license, bank card photo, and after confirming that there is no error, formally submit the subsidy application.
(5) Check and collect subsidy funds.

3. Precautions
(1) The second-hand car invoice or motor vehicle cancellation certificate, car purchase contract, new car invoice, vehicle driving license, and bank card submitted by the subsidy object shall all be the same natural person. (2) Because the vehicle transfer out (scrapping), car purchase, car pick-up needs a certain amount of time, please ensure that the time to obtain the new car invoice is within the policy validity period, so as to avoid the invoice time exceeding the policy deadline can not enjoy the subsidy.
(3) The subsidy object shall be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials.
