Strictly prevent opponents from digging people! Apple issued a maximum of $180,000 in stock bonuses to retain talents丨 a hot stock

According to reports, in response to the brain drain problem, Apple has recently issued high bonuses to some engineers. These bonuses are paid out in the form of restricted stock for a period of four years to motivate employees to stay at Apple.

The amount of the bonus varies between $50,000 and $180,000. Most of the rewarded employees are independent engineers who are responsible for Apple's upcoming mixed reality headsets and chip design for Mac, iPhone, iPad and other products.

Apple's move is to retain key talent and prevent them from jumping ship to rival companies. Compared to Apple, companies like Meta and Google have more permissive and flexible telecommuting systems, attracting a group of employees who tend to work from home. In addition, in many ways, Meta's base salary is much higher than Apple's.

As Apple's stock price continues to rise and the company's market capitalization approaches $3 trillion, these restricted stock rewards will continue to appreciate. As of the U.S. stock close on December 28, Apple's stock price fell 0.58% to close at $179.29, and its market value is just one step away from the $3 trillion mark.
