Landai Technology (002765.SZ) announced that its subsidiaries Chongqing Landai Transmission Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Landai Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. have recently received supplier fixed-point notices (hereinafter referred to as "Fixed-point Notices") from customers Grebo Intelligent Power Technology Co., Ltd. / Gezhikong Intelligent Power (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Greba").

Graebo focuses on the development and production of new energy electric drive assemblies, provides electric drive assembly system solutions for domestic new energy vehicle manufacturers, and provides long-term and stable batch supply for many domestic first-line car companies in terms of pure electric passenger car drive systems. Through the unremitting efforts in the early stage, the company and its subsidiaries have obtained the fixed-point notice of Grebo, and the new energy reducer assembly and motor shaft products developed for it will be applied to a number of new energy vehicle projects, and the sales volume during the product life cycle is about 300,000 sets.
