The "Zhuangzi Xu Wu Ghost" records a story of "craftsman stone transporting jin": "The chalk of the yin people spread the tip of their nose like fly wings, so that the craftsman stone beheaded." Craftsman stone transport into the wind, listen to and cut it, as far as the chalk and nose does not hurt, Yin Ren li does not lose his face. "There was a person in the Chu Kingdom, and there was a little white mud on the tip of his nose, and this layer of white mud was as thin as the wings of a fly. He asked a craftsman named Shi to cut it off with an axe. The craftsman stone swung his axe, only to hear a gust of wind, the axe fell in his hand, and the white mud was cut clean, but his nose was not damaged in the slightest. The man who had been cut looked at ease, not at all frightened.
In addition to "craftsmanship and stone transportation", Zhuangzi also told stories such as "having more than enough to do with ease", "wheel flat axe wheel", "Ji Xiang raising chickens", "Zhi Zhi Lang Pill", etc. These stories profoundly tell us that a person must reach the supreme realm in establishing a career and starting a business, and can only meditate on desires, forget both things and things, concentrate on the same, and make long-term progress.
In addition to Zhuangzi, the Qing dynasty beginner Peng Shiwang described a rural acrobatic performance in the article "The Arrival of the Nine Bull Dam"—at the beginning of several tables were stacked, a woman was lying on her back, holding an eight-year-old child on her feet, or lying upright or reclining or standing, or standing on one leg, kneeling with her hands folded, or bending back so that her shoulders were connected to her feet... From these accounts, we seem to see the wonderful performances of the artists in an immersive way, which is breathtaking.
Why do these artists have such superb skills, Peng Shiwang believes, they are dedicated to hard training, repeated failures without changing the goal, and finally found the place where the force is. After that, I continued to practice repeatedly until the technique was very skilled and there was no mistake, and then I began to perform publicly. At this time, even if they make it more difficult to do, it will become extremely simple. Facts have proved that if you want to achieve the state of divinity in anything, there is no other way, you must work hard and stupidly in peacetime.
"Only the firm is long-lasting", success is not too much mystery, there is no shortcut to go, we must return to common sense, that is, to eliminate all kinds of distractions, keep single-minded and simple, through repeated tempering, master the law of things, and finally train the "skill" into "art", and train the ordinary tricks into the world's highest tricks.
From "skill" to "art", it is by no means achieved overnight, nor can it be achieved smoothly. In the early years of the Qing Dynasty, there was a famous storyteller named Liu Jingting, who said that the image of the book was vivid and beautiful, which was amazing. Soon after he first learned storytelling, he met Mo Houguang, a storyteller. Liu Jingting immediately worshiped Mo Houguang as a teacher, but he also thought that he had a certain foundation and there was no need to practice hard. Mo Houguang said: "You said that the book is lively on the surface, but it is not solid, go back and practice again." After practicing for a month, Mo Houguang said: "Your language is not rich, go back and continue to read more and practice more." Since then, Liu Jingting has been working day and night, studying hard and practicing diligently, and his skills have greatly improved. It is the practice and enlightenment day after day that makes Liu Jingting a leader in the storytelling industry, leaving a good story of "small skills into art" in history.
The heart is in one art, and its art must work; the heart is in one post, and its duty will be lifted. Throughout the ages, all exquisite techniques and perfect realms have come from the usual concentration and diligent practice.
"If you don't stop, you can overcome the heavens." Stopping at nothing is like painting the ground. In real life, many people hope to make continuous progress in their work and make breakthroughs in their profession, which is a good thing, but they can't calm down and have no perseverance, "three days of fishing, two days of drying nets", is a big enemy. For example, some are affected by fragmented reading, and their learning is not deep and systematic; some are often interfered with by the outside world and cannot concentrate on their own duties; and some lack a kind of obsession with the profession, and they forget about it with a little achievement... And so on, how can extraordinary achievements be achieved?
The most ingenious ones are from the most peaceful, the ones who are at ease have great arts, the ones who concentrate on them become great things, and the obsessive ones become great causes. Exquisite skills come from ordinary training, and superb ability comes from daily accumulation. Anyone who wants to achieve a certain level and realm in the professional field, an important magic weapon is to sincerely love, devote themselves to it, and never slacken off.
