It is reported that a group called "Apple Together" launched the operation on platforms such as Twitter, requiring Apple employees to leave the office and Apple Store the day before Christmas. While most apple employees take Christmas Eve and Christmas off, many employees at Apple stores and AppleCare still have to work overtime.

Apple Together is advocating for a better work environment, including workplaces, paid sick leave, frontline outbreak protection and proper mental health care. In a campaign organized in August, the group collected about 500 questions about Workplace Harassment and Workplace at Apple in just four days, some of which have already reached a settlement with Apple.

Apple Together also tweeted that consumers don't go shopping on Christmas Eve (December 24) to the Apple Store and Apple's online stores.

For now, Apple has not responded to the matter.
