Because before the prince visited Shanghai Yu Garden, he had tasted 12 dim sum at the Confucius Temple in Nanjing. In order to let the prince and his wife experience the characteristics of Haipai cuisine, the "elite soldiers" of many restaurants in the Yuyuan Garden area were specially selected, including Subang Dim Sum Taidou Lu Goudu, Chinese Dim Sum Taidou Zhou Jinhua, and Sea Famous Chef Xie Chichuan. The masters decided to work together to make 14 dim sums, hoping to be better in quantity and taste.
