Wine courses are still more interesting and novel than traditional professions, and the most mouth-watering thing is the tasting process of 15-20 wines per day, almost every day immersed in drunken dreams. It is precisely because of this accumulation of years of tasting that I have a deeper understanding of the world of wine. The field visit and study of the winery in the course made me feel a great awe for the wine. From the management of a wine tree, it takes half a year from its germination to its fruition, and then in the hands of the winemaker, it is derived from a kaleidoscopic and unique jelly.
