Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision and Administration found in the supervision and random inspection that some catering service enterprises have food safety problems and violate relevant laws and regulations, involving 6 catering enterprises in Changping District, and the disposal situation is hereby notified as follows:

1. Wang Pin (China) Catering Co., Ltd. Beijing Litang Road Branch (Xiti Steak Longde Plaza Store)

Cleaning the outer skin of vegetables and soaking raw beef in the cold food room violated the provisions of Article 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of Item (13) of the first paragraph of Article 126 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, a case was filed and investigated and ordered to make corrections.

2. Zhengxian (Shanghai) Food Co., Ltd. Beijing Changping Third Catering Branch (Zhengxian Rotary Sushi Longde Plaza Store)

Failure to use rough processing pools in accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Operation Specifications for Catering Services", the risk of cross-contamination in the rough processing of raw materials, in violation of the provisions of Article 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, in accordance with the provisions of Article 126, Paragraph 1, Item (13) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, a case was filed and investigated and ordered to be corrected.

3. Beijing Songyang Pangu Restaurant Management Co., Ltd. (Qiye Tea Stall Longde Plaza Store)

The original cold vegetable room was changed to be used in the rough processing room of vegetables, the rough processing pool was not dedicated to the pool, the raw materials and vegetables were stored on the ground, the aquatic product pool in the rough processing room soaked raw beef, and the chicken and beef semi-finished products were exposed on the meat pool, there was a risk of cross-contamination, which violated the provisions of Article 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of article 126, paragraph 1, item (11) and (13) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, a case was filed and investigated and ordered to be corrected.

4. The Eighth Branch of Beijing Xiaoxiangfu Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiaoxiangfu)

The cold vegetable room did not close the door and exit during the processing process, the personnel in the special room did not change clothes twice, the raw materials were rough processed in the cold vegetable room, and the food raw materials were placed on the floor of the washing and elimination room, which violated the provisions of Articles 33 and 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 126, Paragraph 1, Item (13) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the case was filed and investigated and ordered to be corrected.

5. Beijing Wei duomei food co., LTD. 125th western cake shop (Weiduomei)

The staff in the framed room did not change clothes for the second time in accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Operation Specification for Catering Services", violating the provisions of Article 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of Item (13) of the first paragraph of Article 126 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the case was filed and investigated and ordered to make corrections.

6. Beijing Hualian Su's Restaurant Management Co., Ltd. Changping Tiantongyuan Beef Noodle Shop (Su's Beef Noodles)

During the processing process, the cold vegetable room did not close the door and exit in accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Operation Specification for Catering Services", the personnel in the special room did not change clothes twice, and the cold vegetable room did not set up a vegetable opening, which violated the provisions of Article 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 126, Paragraph 1, Item (13) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, a case was filed and investigated and ordered to be corrected.
