This collection of novels continues the distinct aesthetic style of Song Aman's last book "Inland Islands", gray and transparent texture, great patience, linguistic intelligence, caution, and romere, cutting into ordinary life from an unexpected point of view, and the characters and scenes in the pen all have a sense of granularity and carving stationed in time.
Li Zhuang believes that the book "Ah Friends Goodbye" all involves a theme, that is, the character's inherent self-anxiety, and some conflicts, contradictions and changes brought about by the person's behavior or action choices. In his view, although "Ah Friends Goodbye" has a number of articles, but there is a hidden theme, that is, farewell, "the farewell in this book, many times reflected in the past years or the narrow sense of the farewell of youth, many of the characters in it are very interesting, are in a state of unfamiliarity, such as about to change from a student identity to a social person, because of the identity transformation and bring about some inner stories and emotional fluctuations." In Song Aman's view, we are now an era without war, but there will be a kind of separation between people and people, and there will be the tragedy and sadness of farewell. And she has a special focus on such a state or moment.
