At the launching ceremony, "Ningbo Talent Development Group" was officially inaugurated, which will focus on six major business sectors: high-end talent services, human resources outsourcing services, talent public services, talent science and technology innovation services, talent education and training services, and talent settlement and life services. At the same time, the newly established talent entrepreneurship and innovation investment fund with a scale of 10 billion yuan adopts the "hunting + investment" model to serve and help high-level talent projects in the "three major highlands of science and technology" and productive service industries.
